DEAR ZOO, a lift-the-flap book for pre-readers celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2012. It begins 'I wrote to the zoo to send me a pet. So they sent me an...' A series of unsuitable animals are sent by the zoo which are all sent back. Finally after thinking very hard, they send the perfect pet!
DEAR ZOO is as popular today as it was 30 years ago.

Dear Zoo 30th Birthday

Apart from the original book in board book format, there is now a Noisy Book with real animal sounds, a
Pop-up book with simple child friendly pops, two buggy books for the youngest child, an activity book, an early learning Little Library, and even a charming miniature version. A Touch-and-feel version will be published this year.
